Camp Island View Mission

To help each camper build a sense of self,
a sense of community and
a sense of wonder through fun and
adventure in an outdoor and indoor environment.

July 14 - July 17                            Cooking Camp - Rising 1st through 3rd graders - FULL - WAITLISTED
$200 per camper                          Children will learn to be a junior chef! They will learn how to follow recipes, measure
Max # of students: 20                 ingredients and create a balanced diet. 2-3 recipes will be made each day, along with
                                                     a craft time and outdoor play! Stay tuned for special guest appearances as well!

July 14 -July 17                            Culinary Camp - Rising 4th through 6th graders - FULL - WAITLISTED
$200 per camper                          Children will acquire valuable cooking and baking skills while having fun! They will
Max # of students: 20                 learn about recipes, ingredients, kitchen safety, balanced plates and teamwork.
                                                     Be prepared to get messy! It’s a 100% hands-on approach!

July 21 - July 24                           Outdoor Adventures - Rising 1st thru 3rd graders - FULL WAITLISTED
$200 per camper                          Children will be given hands-on science experiments. Through exploration and play,​
Max # of students: 20                  students will perform a variety of lessons that are centered around science and the                                                                   outdoors.

July 21 - July 24                           Arts and Crafts - Rising 4th through 6th graders
$200 per camper                         Each day, campers will embark on a new artistic adventure, using a variety of materials
Max # of students: 20                 and techniques to bring their creative ideas to life. Crafting offers a fantastic opportunity
                                                    for campers to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships.
                                                    This camp will be a space of laughter, encouragement, and support, where campers cheer                                                        each other on and celebrate their successes together. Join us for a summer of creativity,
                                                    friendship, and fun!

July 28 - July 31                           Around the World Explorers - Rising 1st thru 3rd graders 
$200 per camper                         
Children will learn about a new Country and their traditions each day! They will

July 28 - July 31                           Volleyball Camp - Rising 4th through 6th graders                        
​$200 per camper                          This camp would provide instruction in fundamental volleyball skills for all agesand skill        Max # of students: 20                 levels.​ Children will learn about the game of volleyball and how important it is to work
                                                     as a team in a fun and competitive environment. Campers will get taught mental and                                                                 physical skills that will help them be successful on and off the court!

Information:

Due to licensing restrictions for summer programs, campers must be rising 1st graders through
rising 6th graders. Each camp describes eligible grade levels, depending on the complexity of
the topic. All camps are run by staff members currently employed by Old Mission Peninsula
School and operate from Monday through Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm.


Students bring their own lunch, snack and water bottle.

Registration will begin February 1st, until all camps are full. Registration does not guarantee admittance. A confirmation email will be sent to each family after registration and a spot will be secured once payment is received. Payment is non-refundable. Spots are limited, so register early! Complete 1 registration per child.

Beginning Cheerleading​
Students will learn a variety of fun beginner cheeleading skills and practice a routine to perform on the last day.
​They will learn chants, dances, cheers and more! Students will practice teamwork and school spirit! Go Panthers!

WHEN: Thursdays, Feb 6 - March 13, 3:30-4:30PM
WHO: 2nd through 5th Grade
COST:  $60, due at the time of acceptance
Camp Session Information:
Due to licensing restrictions for aftercare programs, campers must be Kindergarten through 5th graders. Each camp describes eligible grade levels. All camps are run by staff members currently employed by Old Mission Peninsula School and operate from 3:30-4:30 pm.  

Students bring their own snack and water bottle. 

Registration will begins January 21. Registration does not guarantee admittance. A confirmation email will be sent to each family after registration and a spot will be secured once payment is received. Payment is non-refundable. Spots are limited, so register early! Complete 1 registration per child. 

Camps are subject to cancellation if less than 7 students are registered.

Partnering with the community to create a positive camp experience blending "good old-fashioned camp fun" with new discoveries where campers make lasting memories and friends.

Half Days 8:15am - 11:30am
